It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the inauguration of Middle East symposium of pediatric otolaryngology (MESPO). A long awaited meeting for surgeons and healthcare providers taking care of sick children. The scientific committee have put together a great program filled with discussions and debates which will bring colleagues from the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, gulf, and Middle East together; and perhaps come up with recommendations and practice guidelines for our region.
